About The Courses

Phar 399

This is the second course in a four-year series of courses designed around integrating material through the use of cases. This course consists of a series of lectures, skill-based workshops and exercises, interdisciplinary pharmacy cases, and tutorial exercises designed to draw on knowledge and skills acquired in previous and concurrent courses.

Phar 362/461/462

A second and third year course focusing on introductory issues associated with the use of Natural Health Products (i.e. regulations, counseling, safety issues, usage, etc.) and evidence-based information on the safety and efficacy of the most commonly used herbs and supplements in pharmacy practice.
